Any decision made or action taken in reliance upon the Content is at the User’s own risk, subject to applicable law.

3. No Professional or Client Relationship

Accessing the Website, reading its Content, submitting an enquiry or communicating through its contact facilities does not, by itself, establish any professional-client, advisory, fiduciary or other professional engagement relationship.

Where a matter involves a jurisdiction outside India, the relevant tax, legal and reporting position should be reviewed by an appropriately qualified professional in that jurisdiction.

Nothing on the Website represents that NRI Finance Tax is authorised to provide regulated professional services in any jurisdiction where such authorisation is required.
