Email correspondence and associated records are maintained separately and retained for as long as reasonably necessary for responding to enquiries, maintaining relevant correspondence and meeting applicable legal or record-keeping obligations.
Backup copies and technical records are subject to their respective retention and deletion procedures. Personal information is deleted or anonymised when no longer required, subject to applicable law and legitimate preservation requirements.
